1. Agreement

1.1 By accessing, using, browsing this site you agree that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions and you agree to comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations.

2. Registration

2.1 Registration with www.SatsBooks.com is not required but is useful if you wish to purchase anything from the shop.

3. The Contract Between Us

3.1  This website and the shop on this site is run by Alpha-Tek Associates Ltd (Company Number: 02394698) T/A SatsBooks.com and is registered in England at 1 Poppyfield Court, Coventry. CV4 7HW. The company registration number is 2394698, and have legal responsibility for the site content and sales.

4. Governing Law

4.1 This contract is subject to the law of England and Wales. These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the law of England and Wales and the courts of England and Wales shall have jurisdiction to resolve any disputes between parties.

5. Purchases

5.1 We only ship to addresses in the UK. Any orders placed outside the UK will be cancelled.
      To check our using a credit or debit card just select the [Check Out] button.
      If you wish to check out using PayPal, select the PayPal button (which allows you to use your PayPal account or a credit/debit card).


5.2 If you purchase products that ae downloadable in pdf format. On purchase you will be able to download such products from your account, ONCE only. The products are for your personal use only and you may not resell or distribute such products to any other person or organisation. Multiple copies may not be made or printed. Schools, teaching establishments, tutoring groups must not make multiple copies, either electronic or paper copies of material or use a product more than once.

Please ensure your browser allows popups and ensure you save the pdf downloads to your computer. Do not close the pdf without saving them.

5.3 Products which are posted will be delivered within 28-days, unless otherwise stated and often much quicker. They are subject to stock availability. Should stock be unavailable, the order will be cancelled and a full refund will be provided.

Some products are delivered by partners and you authorise us to pass on your details for the purpose of executing the order and delivery.

5.4 Refunds for electronically delivered products are not available. Other products purchased by the public are covered by the Distance Selling Regulations with a 14-day returns period (after receipt) in which the purchaser is responsible for the return postage. Returned products must be in unused, unmarked and resaleable condition. For your protection, proof of return is recommended, such as recorded delivery or at the very least a certificate od posting. Refunds cannotbe processed until returns goods have been received by us.


5.5 Class Pack orders made by schools are not covered by the Distance Selling Regulations. If you wish to return orders, this will be by agreement, if our supplier will accept returns. The customer will be be responsible for all delivery and return costs.

5.6 Schools may submit an order via email. We accept official purchase orders with payment within 14 days after delivery.

6. Force Majeure

6.1 SatsBooks.com and Alpha-Tek Associates Ltd shall have no liability to you for any failure to deliver goods you have ordered or any delay in doing so or for any defective to services that is caused by any event or circumstance beyond its reasonable control.

7. Viruses

7.1 We will not be liable for any loss or damage caused by viruses, a distributed denial-of-service attack, other technologically harmful material that may infect your computer equipment, computer programs, data or other proprietary material due to your use of the Site or to your downloading of any material posted on it, or on any website linked to it. Please ensure your anti-virus application is kept up-to-date.
